Welcome to the "One Stop" Ticket To Work Employment
& Support Services Network!
Ticket To Work (TTW) is a free and voluntary program that can help Social Security beneficiaries go to work, get a good job that may lead to a career, and become financially independent, all while they keep their Medicare or Medicaid services. Individuals who receive Social Security benefits because of a disability and are age 18 through 64 probably already qualify for the program.
Once you register, you will be assigned an Employment Network (EN) specialist to work with you with the Ticket To Work program. ENs can help you with free career counseling, job placement, and then ongoing support once you have started working.
Abbott & Associates Financial Services, LLC. is the primary regional Ticket to Work Employment Network organization in Michigan, who has a partnership with The American Dream Employment Network in providing Employment Network services to those individuals who are disabled and are receiving SSI and SSDI benefits and want to obtain substantial employment. We are a comprehensive service and is different from the rest!

The Ticket To Work Process...How To Sign Up!
1. To Inquire About the TTW Program or To Register
If interested in signing up for the Ticket To Work program or you want to inquire about additional information, please call: 1-800-203-0024 from Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. If we are not available at the time that you called, please leave a message and will respond to your call within 48 hours. |
2. The Assessment Process
Once you sign up, you will go through a comprehensive assessment with an Employment Network consultant who will request the following information: (1) personal, financial, medical information & employment goals, (2) establishing a Plan of Action (IWP) which will identify your short & long term employment/career goals (3) identifying barriers related to employment and assist you in obtaining solution(s), and (4) provide short & long-term support services.Our goal is to help you to accomplish your goals for financial independence & stability. |
3. Receive One-to-One Counseling & Support Services
We work with you personally on a one-to-one customized approach and assist you by steering you towards your employment goals. This is a joint partnership and in order for this partnership to be successful, you will need to take ownership & accountability of what is needed to achieve your employment and financial freedom goals.The EN is also committed & accountable to work with you, so together your goals are met. Please keep in mind that this is a "Process" and goals will not be accomplished immediately. |
4.Ongoing Support
Once you start in the Ticket To Work Program and you receive employment, it doesn't stop here. We advise & support you after you start employment to make sure you are achieving your employment/career goals on a long-term basis. It is important that you establish a good communication rapport with your EN so that if any changes occur this is to be communicated to your EN. |
